The North Jersey Backgammon Club was founded by Pete Jarvis in 2024. We welcome players of all levels, novice to championship. Our mission includes promoting backgammon as a mind sport while building community.
NJBC holds a weekly tournament on Wednesday evenings at 5:45. They typically end between 9:15 and 9:45. We also hold events on the 1st, 2nd, & 4th Saturday of each month beginning at 1:00.
We play according to the United States Backgammon Federation (USBGF) Tournament Rules .
